Candice's protfolio












During Februry 3 to May 8 , I finished 20 hours sports. This not only improved my constitute,but also gave me many many experience about how to conquer difficulties and make progress.
From Februry 3 to Februry 8, my activities ware badminten and tabletennis, I played these balls with my father or my mother in the stadium sports fieldground in Nanjing city or in my groundma's court in the countyside. Since March 21 to May 1, my activies ware tennis,hula hoop badminten and run. I finished these sports beside my house.
It's very importent to me that one must have confidence when you learn a new thing. For example,when I learned tabletennis,the big ball was so naughty, it was very tame to my father,and it seemed very strange to me . When my tures ,I Always missed service or beat the ball out . The failure made me very blue.I complainde to my father that maybe I can't learn the sport. My father gave me many good suggestiongs and methods.He told me how he learnt playing tabletennis. When he was a midschool student twenty sevent years ago,he began to learn playing tabletennis during break . The conditions was very poor then,there ware two Ping-Pong Tables in the school. When break came,he offen ran out rapidly and hold one table . At the beginning, he can't play tennis,but he believed he can play it well himself. About two monthes later,he can play it very well. Through my father's story , I got my confidence,I spent many time to leanr the basic acts,and I can receive my father's ball,later I can got scores,sometimes ,I could win my father.
I can play tabletennis! I shouted out,and my father,my mather felt very proud for me.
Through the tabletennis, I recognized that everything would be very difficult at the beginning,if you shrinked back,you would lost many chance; if you could faced the difficult and did your best to try ,you would succeed.
Anouther experience was that many little makes a mickle. My goal in runing is two kilometers once time . At fist time, I could run five hundreds meters,for two kilometers,I ran in my best at the first, then I felt very tired ,I could't run during several days later. I got the teach lesson,then I ran 500 meters the second time,then I 200 meters every two days, I got my goal very soon.
From the sports, I learnt many philosophy. I believe one can make progress towards her(or his) one's goal if one have enough confidence and methods.
